This class is for you, if you sometimes experience pain, while you move or you are recoverying from a sports injury. I am licenced physiotherapist and can help you feel good in your body again! Even if inuries are of physical nature, the mental health is a big big big part of healing. in this session we incorporate breath - movement and a little bit of magic!
