My background as a certified physiotherapist gives me a deeper knowledge and experience in treating or understanding injuries. So it helps me adapt the movements to your unqiue wishes - even if you are injured.

about me:
As most of us have a busy lifestyle, so did/do I, and I got a bit lost in all those to-do lists.
So when i got injured, and was forced to cut some activities out - I found yoga.
I learned how good my body can feel - how to move and breathe consciously.
I never imagined that it could make such a difference to listen to your bodys needs and it's effect on life beyond the mat.
My background as a physiotherapist helps me to understand different bodies and their anatomy / physiology behind them. Yes - I admit I am a little anatomy freak, so expect me to bring some anatomic cues in my classes. It also helps me to tailor the classes to your special wishes, even when you are injured.
My mission as a physio and as a yoga teacher is getting you to feel good in your body even when you have injuries or life is giving you lemons at the moment.
